This return policy specifically covers Display to Order (ODO) products purchased from our website. From eligibility criteria to inspection processes, we’ve got you covered every step of the way. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Uptown Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Eligibility for Returns
In order to be eligible for returns at Uptown Hub, the products must be in good condition, whether opened or still sealed, and returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers can either bring the product to our store kiosk or mail it to our address using a reputable shipping agency.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or damage on our part. There may be a restocking fee applied depending on the condition of the returned product.
Inspection and Refunds
Once the returned product is received, it will undergo inspection. If all criteria are met, the return will be processed. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account or preferred refund method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective ODO product, contact our customer support team immediately. We may request supporting documentation for assessment and will arrange for a replacement or refund, covering return shipping costs.
